They have a large selection and they give a military discount. The employees are kind and helpful. I have shopped here more than once for my family. The thing I don’t love is how it is all very self-serve. It can be a bit chaotic when busy and it felt like most of the workers were running the registers, and there wasn’t really any help on the floor. I recommend this store, as I like the prices and we usually find something we like.
I like the prices here better than rack of shoes. The only thing is shoe carnival needs to organize their sale shoes better, too many different sizes mixed up, which I know shoppers have alot to do with that. But I will definitely shop here again.
Decent selection of shoes and the prices are high but median for the type of shoe (Asics and Hey Dudes). There were boxes of shoes on the encaps that needed to be shelved and the only employee I saw was the cashier. If it were busy, I would understand but I was one of half a dozen customers in the entire store.
Shoe Carnival almost always has what I need at the best price in town. I like that they carry a wide selection of name brand shoes, not cheaper store brands. They have good sales and a decent rewards program, too.
It's not a bad shoe store but it isn't a very good one either. I mean, you can find the type of shoe you are looking for in here but I just feel you can get them cheaper elsewhere even though these stores are supposed to be cheaper than the competition. I saw some shoes in here that I purchased for $30 at another retailer for more than double that price. Again, it isn't a bad shoe retailer but if you have time, you can get a better deal at another location.
The employees don't really seem to care if there are customers or not. They just do their own thing. And the prices are a bit much. I used to love this place when I was younger and now that I have children I wanted to share the same experience. But we will have to find a new place.
